 | Delivery Time: All items are handmade by
yours truly so please realize that it does take time. We do keep most items
in stock but if there is a problem then you will be given an estimated time
till completion when we receive your order. In general we ship out items
the day the order comes in or the next day. If you have a deadline (an open house, holiday event, special sale,
birthday etc...) please let me know and I will work with you to ensure
that you can meet it! |
 | Returns:
 | Jewelry may be returned up to 30 days after shipment for any reason as
long as it is in the original condition. |
 | Beads/Components may be returned for 10 days as long as they are
in original condition. |
 | NO ITEMS can be returned without prior authorization. Email or Call me
before shipping back. |
 | YOU are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. If the
package is lost or the items damaged on the return voyage YOU are
responsible and your money will NOT be refunded. I will help you with
your claim for recovery with the shipper. |
 | Upon successful return I will issue a refund minus shipping charges
and a 15% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the time and effort it
takes to undo the order, issue the refund and return the items to
inventory. |

 | Shipping
 | Jewelry: UPS & Fedex Ground, Expedited service available. Light packages
may be shipped via USPS to save you money. |
 | Shipping for Int'l orders will be added after weight is
determined and type of shipping/speed you require. Inquire. |
 | We ship everyday but that doesn't mean YOUR order will ship the day you
place it. See Delivery Time above! |

 | Exclusivity?
 | I would be happy to discuss exclusivity
with you but please realize that any agreement would require a minimum
quarterly purchase on your part. |
 | Exclusivity can be for all work in your
geographical area or for a particular item in your area. Ordering
minimums will fluctuate depending on your requirements. |

 | Custom Orders
 | Because we are so busy (thank you all) I have difficulty working on
custom orders. Please inquire and I'll see if I can fit you in. I am
happy to work with you if I can but please don't ask me to copy the work of
another artist... if you really like it then buy it from the person who
created it!! |

 | REPAIRS: I will repair any of my pieces that have broken free of charge
(you pay shipping). I will also repair the work of another glass artist
if I can but I will have to charge you for the time it takes to do so, plus
shipping. If you lose one of a set of earrings that you love I can often
1] Make another set that closely resembles those lost or 2] sometimes I can
make one earring to match .... but it's often hard to match dichro so usually
I have to make a new pair. Mail the one you have left to me and I can
see what I an do <smile>. |

 | Warranty
 | If you are not happy we are not happy! Each piece is handcrafted so, while I do production
pieces that are similar, no two creations will be exactly the same. Unless
you order from the Special/One-of-a-kind section you will get an item that
is similar to the one shown but not it's twin. I
offer a limited lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks through normal wear and
tear I will attempt to repair it for free. If I deem that the damage was not due
to normal wear and tear or if very difficult to repair, I will quote a
cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, I will offer a
discount on a replacement piece. I also offer a 30 day money back guarantee so you can try my work at no
risk. |
