Warranty
Please remember that each piece is handcrafted so, while I do production
pieces that are similar, no two creations will be exactly the same. I
offer a limited lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks through normal wear and
tear I will attempt to repair it for free. If I deem that the damage was not due
to normal wear and tear or if very difficult to repair, I will quote a
cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, I will offer a
discount on a replacement piece.
I reserve the right to change prices and
designs at any time without notice. I will not honor errors in pricing but will
give you a $1.00 credit against future orders for any pricing error you bring to
my attention. Missing order buttons are not errors; these are being added as
quickly as time allows.
