A Note about email: We get 1000's of
emails every single day. 98% of them are offering to increase the size of
random body parts (some of which I don't actually have), make us rich or try to give us a virus. These
#*&^^ people get more crafty every day. We have virus protection software,
spam filtering software, spam filters and more but even these aren't
enough to keep all these emails from our inbox. Sometimes YOUR email will
get filtered out by these methods of protection. I do eyeball every single
email in my delete box before deleting but sometimes I miss one or two
(after looking at 2500 emails my eyes go a bit buggy). If
I don't reply to your email in 48 hours then I didn't get it! I reply
quickly if I do get it!! I am the email Empress and am online almost every
single day!! If I don't reply please email me again. BUT please put a real
subject in the subject field.. use something like: Hello from <insert your
name> about <inquiry regarding your jewelry>. This is very important
because I look at the subject line to tell if the email is real. Also, I
DO NOT EVER open attachments unless you tell me it's coming and what it is
in the body of your email. Most viruses come this way. I wish I could make
this a better process and I work daily to improve it but the truth is that
the reality of the internet and the scum out there make this necessary
<sorry for the bad word>! If I don't reply to your second email then
please call me!!!! I want to hear from you and I DO apologize for any
inconvenience. Realize that I have to clear between 2500 and 8000 emails a
day so sometimes I do make a mistake.
SECOND NOTE: I have changed all the email addresses
on this site to a graphic image so you cannot click it to email me. I
am very sorry for any inconvenience but this is an attempt to stem the ever
increasing tide of SPAM I get. I spend an several hours a day dealing with this. You can use the little box
below to send me mail as well.
THIRD: I intentionally have the font large and the
text this tan color. Personally I know I can't read tiny text anymore...
heck I have a magnifying glass over my jewelry desk now cause I can't see
the tiny findings anymore (sad but true.) I find that white text on a black
background is a bit glary and hope this tan color doesn't hurt the eyes as
much. I like it better and hope you do too.
FOURTH: I've added a new sign up for a NEW mailing
list on the home page. Why? Well, the old one was very large and a lot of
the emails have changed without people telling me so many of the emails
bounce back to me... did I mention how many emails I have to wade through?
So getting 400 bounces is painful, very very painful. So please, even if you
were on the old list DO sign up for this new one; that way my list
