Glass Coasters

It looks like stone and we call it PetroGlass(tm) for 'petrified' glass as it reminds us of fossils. Nancy has developed a method for reclaiming glass left over from some of our other processes that is generally thrown out by most artists. Due to the limited amount of this material these coasters are only available as stock allows. Please inquire. These are 4" coasters and come in a set of 4. (images coming soon) Each will be unique due to the nature of this process. Nancy will also make tiles from this material for those interested. Coasters are available in 3" or 4" square and come in sets of 4. Each coaster is equipped with little vinyl 'feet' so that they will not scratch your table. Purchase these as a set of a single color or a rainbow set which includes on of each of the 4 colors. Coasters have rubber feet so they won't scratch your tables. Often I am asked if my coasters will stand up to hot items. These little guys are fired in a kiln at 1400 degrees so I think they can stand up to a hot cup of java! A lovely, handcrafted set of coasters makes a wonderful house warming or holiday gift that will be cherished by the recipient for a life time. It's a nice treat for yourself as well. Add a little color to someone's life.
